Mounts directly to the chassis with the stock screws, no mods needed on most models! One can always revert back to the original guide mount setup (but why would you?).
Allows for the use of standard guides and brushes- our popular BRM/REVO guide is included. Now, one has the choice of guide to use for your specific track and driving style, and allows for guide depth tunning, and choice of favorite brushes. No weight gains when compared to stock.

NOTE: This is a Tuner's Kit! Carrera chassis have great variations (some, up to 1mm) in thicknesses, mounting height, position and cutouts etc, they vary greatly from model to model, and manufacturing batch even within same model car. Some minor sanding, maybe required along the addition of shims, washers etc, to obtain the ideal end result to match your personal preferences.
*Our Carrera Porsche 917K billet mount kit, may require minor trimming of guide post mount height to fit body clearance, and in some, minor sanding is needed on chassis molding protrusions for proper fit.
